As aRegistered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the children's home while leading and motivating a team of dedicated staff to provide exceptional care. You will ensure that all regulations are adhered to, working closely with the team to deliver a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for the children and young people in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
