Job Description
Overview:You will be joining a RIBA-Chartered practice as a Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be working within the residential and commercial sectors.Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct feasibility studies and site analysis.
* Develop BIM models and physical design models.
* Liaise with consultants and local authorities for planning.
* Produce design drawings and technical specifications.
* Manage internal resources and junior team members.
* Attend client meetings and industry events to promote the practice.
Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Loop.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 & 2).
* RIBA Part 3 or equivalent professional registration preferred.
