Job Title: Mobile Electrician
Hours: 40 hrs
Location: London
Responsibilities
* Provide day to day hard services on the TFL contract, including Planned, Reactive, Quoted and Minor Works on Building Services Assets, and an end to end proactive and reactive service to end line users.
* Ensure buildings and estates remain Open, Safe, Fit and Compliant.
* Cover various areas around London NW and other areas if required.
* Maintain a partnering style maintenance service to meet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators; provide timely feedback to onsite contacts and colleagues; liaise with contractors and external suppliers as required.
* Provide system feedback through manual and digital (mobile) platforms. Basic reporting, quoting and condition appraisal as necessary.
What we are looking for
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent
* Electrical Maintenance/ Installation NVQ level 3 or equivalent
* Ability to maintain a safe working environment, as per HASAW 1974
* A minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience
* Strong understanding of Statutory Compliance in Building Services Engineering
* Full, clean driving Licence
