OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join a leading Occupational Health Provider, in a Part-Time (15 hours Thursday & Friday) Permanent role. This exciting site based opportunity will see you join a multidisciplinary team in Weybridge.
The Role:
This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to provide an on-site Treatment and Occupational Health Service that operates to high clinical standards. Your duties will include:
* Deliver immunisation and advice services following guidelines and protocols.
* Provide clinical assessment, treatment, and fitness-for-work evaluations.
* Offer professional support to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
* Conduct health surveillance and promote workplace wellbeing.
* Maintain accurate records and comply with legal and professional standards.
* Adapt flexibly to service and professional needs.
Required Skills:
To be the successful Occupational Health Nurse candidate for this role, you'll be:
* An NMC Registered Nurse
* Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health is preferred.
* Previously experienced in Occupational Health Nursing is preferred.
* Previously experienced in A&E or Intensive Care Nursing.
* Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, and administrative abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Able to demonstrate knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
* Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Data Protection and confidentiality standards.
Salary & Benefits:
In return for your expertise as the Occupational Health Nurse, you will receive:
* A competitive salary of £36,000 – £39,000 Pro Rata, commensurate with your experience and qualification level.
