What Is The Role
The Talent Attraction Manager is responsible for how we attract top talent for Flutter Functions & UKI Region. This role holder will lead our candidate sourcing and recruitment marketing activity as well as identifying and executing innovative, new strategies to build quality future‑ready talent pipelines to support Flutter’s business growth. A key member of the Employer Branding & Attraction team, their remit is inclusive of high‑volume Retail & Customer Operations, Corporate Specialist roles (e.g. Commercial & Tech) across both Flutter Functions and UKI Region.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and implement key strategic hiring campaigns, using multi‑channel approaches, to meet business hiring demand.
* Develop content strategies that support strategic hiring campaigns in collaboration with suppliers and other internal functions.
* Support the Talent Acquisition teams to build talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles within the business; create tailored Talent Personas/Insights for these roles to shape targeted attraction strategies.
* Oversee the development of paid media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, social media ads, programmatic, Google display, PPC, job board listings) and ensure correct tracking is implemented to measure campaign conversions.
* Responsible for job advert templates, guidance and spot checks as well as managing library of pre‑existing job adverts.
* Manage and optimise key supplier relationships (e.g., media partners, job boards, LinkedIn); ensuring they can demonstrate clear value‑add and service excellence.
* Explore, leverage and test innovative new talent attraction methods (such as AI‑driven tools) to source high‑quality candidates.
* Regularly review all data insights across candidate attraction and sourcing activity to monitor performance and optimise future strategies.
* Stay up to date on market trends, competitor intelligence and 3rd party innovation in candidate attraction to ensure that Flutter can attract the best talent in the market.
Experience Required
* Background in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing or Recruitment Marketing.
* Experience of developing and executing effective strategies and campaigns aligned with specific talent segments.
* Experience in managing and optimising candidate attraction channels such as LinkedIn; coupled with excellent awareness of the cutting‑edge sourcing tools and techniques.
* Experience of managing paid media campaigns, including social media ads, job board promotions and digital advertising.
* Excellent understanding of the digital media landscape for recruitment marketing.
* Experience in evaluating the value of talent attraction initiatives, demonstrating their impact and providing insights on return on investment.
* Proven track‑record in delivery of employer brand and attraction performance metrics.
