Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager Lincoln to join The Pet Vet (formerly The Vet). This role leads the Customer Experience team to deliver exceptional customer service and wows our customers by creating a positive, welcoming environment for customers and their pets.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team of Customer Experience Coordinators to create a positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets.
* Manage a deskless reception: greet customers, guide them to seating, and complete check-in/check-out on a tablet; upsell products and services where appropriate (e.g., Pet Health Plan).
* Provide outstanding customer service as the first point of contact in reception and over the phone, contributing to a consistent 5-star service standard.
* Receive training and development through CPD for veterinary reception teams via BVRA.
Qualifications
* Management experience in the service or hospitality industry is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
