About the Role
We're looking for a driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Altrincham. You'll be working closely with experienced consultants to identify, engage, and build relationships with top-level professionals and clients across the United States.
You'll be trained in executive search and headhunting techniques, learning how to identify high-calibre talent and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This is not your typical high-volume recruitment role - it's about quality, insight, and relationship building.
What You'll Be Doing
Engaging with clients and candidates over the phone to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
Conducting research to identify key individuals in the market
Learning and applying executive search methodologies
Managing recruitment projects from initial brief through to placement
Supporting senior consultants and contributing to team success

No prior recruitment experience is required - full training provided
What's on Offer
£26,000 starting salary + commission (realistic first-year earnings £35-40k+)
Full training in headhunting and search & selection recruitment
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 12:00-8:00pm (aligning with US business hours)
