About the Role
* Level: 2
* Department: Paraplanning
* Location: Exeter
* Contract: Permanent
The responsibilities include:
1. Providing in-depth reports and analysis to Advisers to enable them to present recommendations to clients.
2. Liaising with Advisers to determine the most appropriate recommendations for clients’ financial planning.
3. Determining the most suitable solutions and recommendations based on information provided by the Adviser to meet the clients’ needs.
4. Deciding the best way to present reports, ensuring they contain all necessary information.
5. Completing all work within required timescales and standards.
6. Understanding Quilter’s Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) philosophy and your role within this.
7. Ensuring customers are treated fairly, highlighting any concerns.
8. Keeping TCF knowledge up to date through provided training.
9. Providing Paraplanning services to Financial Advisers within FCA Regulations.
About You
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of Financial Services Industry providers, platforms, and analytical tools such as Defaqto Engage and Analytics, X-Plan is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and proficient in technology use.
* Strong report writing and presentation skills.
* CII QCF Level 4 Diploma qualified or equivalent (or close to achieving).
* Analytically minded with good interpersonal skills.
