Production Operative – Warrington
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client based in Warrington.

Shifts
• Working 4 days and nights out of 7 (rota provided prior to start)
Hours
• 06:00 – 18:00 / 18:00 – 06:00 (Must be able to work both day and night shifts)
Rates of Pay
• £13.51 – £20.27 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Production Operative, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
• Completing quality records during production, including temperature checks
• Stripping down equipment following production runs
• Cleaning all plant and machinery to high hygiene standards
• Reassembling equipment ready for the next production run
• Carrying out start-up checks for the following day’s production
Essential Skills
• Ability to work both day and night shifts as per rota
• Responsible with excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Previous experience as a Production Operative (food production experience preferred)
Training Provided
• Full industry-related training provided with ongoing support throughout
