Step into a pivotal role as a Systems Engineering Asset Coordinator, supporting the day-to-day management of smart and mechanical key systems while supporting operational teams in securely accessing SGN’s most critical sites. SGN are currently deploying a brand new secure padlock system and this is an opportunity to be part of this exciting new team in the Systems Engineering function from the beginning.

1. Maintenance and management of access control systems and database
2. Accurate and reliable compliance reporting
3. Efficient workflow management aligned with strict procedures, with a proactive approach to issue resolution
4. Dedicated support for operational teams, handling both mechanical and smart key challenges
5. Effective inventory management, ensuring optimal key levels and timely ordering of associated parts
What you will need
6. Understanding of GDPR requirements
7. Experience working with procedural processes
8. Analytical skills with the ability to assess and solve problems effectively
9. Proficiency in core IT systems and software applications
10. This role is subject to enhanced security vetting. Successful candidates must be able to satisfy clearance requirements, including providing a verifiable 5-year background history.
