131 Cdo Sqn is the Army Reserve sub-unit of 24 Cdo RE, based in London, Bath and Birmingham. Responsibilities include: 1. Advise the OC and chain of command on all G4 matters. 2. Command Squadron Echelon in barracks, on exercise and during operations. 3. Career manage Squadron Echelon personnel. 4. Carry out the duties of the Squadron Equipment Manager, liaising closely with the unit Quartermaster’s Department. 5. Formulate, enforce and periodically audit a robust Squadron Equipment Care (EC) regime in line with the Commanding Officer's EC Policy and the Unit Equipment Care Directive (UECD). 6. Facilitate and conduct inspections and checks as specified in the UECD. 7. Provide direction, guidance and assurance to Squadron logistic support. 8. Educate Squadron personnel in the importance of effective logistic support. We welcome applications from suitably qualified and experienced WO1/WO2s with a recommendation for commissioning.
