A leading engineering programme of national significance is looking for experienced Systems Engineers to join a collaborative team. This is a chance to contribute to some of the UK's most complex and high-profile design-and-build projects, with a strong focus on configuration management, digital engineering, and multidisciplinary integration.
What you'll be doing
You'll be central to managing and developing technical design interfaces across a project involving multiple consultancies. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and managing Digital Systems Engineering Models in line with best practice
Acting as a Checker/Approver of SparxEA models
Implementing and managing interface policy and procedures across disciplines such as production engineering, civils, site services, and inter-project boundaries
Supporting configuration management, including baseline control and change management
Engaging with stakeholders and design partners to progress interfaces through to agreement
Refining and implementing operating procedures, work instructions, and guidance documents
What you'll bring
We're looking for engineers who thrive in complex, multidisciplinary environments. You'll need:
4+ years' experience in systems or configuration engineering
Knowledge of configuration management standards
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience within multidisciplinary design and build environments
Ability to collaborate, motivate, and represent your team with confidence
A degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
