We are looking for a hard-working individual with a friendly, positive personality and a passion for food. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills - Previous experience within a 4* level hotel or similar Previous experience within high volume conference & banqueting and / or fine dining experience Work in a multi-faceted outlet on a day to day basis, ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations at all times A passion for using the best local produce and creating exciting, innovative dishes Demonstrate excellent and varied methods of cooking and presentation Demonstrate excellent mise en place and storage of food items, waste management, and CookSafe procedures Able to carry out audits of all food production storage and preparation areas General Catering Qualifications to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent You must be eligible to work in the UK.
