This is an exciting role where you will play a major part in the in the Staffordshire team to create content and share across a number of platforms such as website, social, press etc. There will also be opportunity to develop your wider Marketing and Sales skills.
* To take the lead on all things digital to include development of our on line presence.
* To ensure that digital marketing continues to develop and support the overall marketing and communication strategy for the organisation.
* To gather/create content (video/photos/written), edit and publish
* To generate enquiries to convert into sales/bookings
* To support with centres Marketing plans
This is a hands-on role, delivering marketing and communications activity to optimise lead generation and all other commercial activities and opportunities across the partnership, focusing on Stafford & Stone Leisure Centres, Rowley Park and mass participation Events.

Requirements
* A broad mix of digital marketing experience in a similar role.
* Experience of working in a commercially focused role.
* Experience of establishing and working to achieve and exceed targets.
* Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working with a range of digital as well as off line channels.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office packages, website content management systems, CRM systems, social media.
* High level of attention to detail and presentation.
* Able to analyse data and report on findings.
* Highly literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Well developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally.
* Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of colleagues.
* Able to work flexibly with a high level of autonomy.
* Mobility to travel across sites.
* Good communication and presentation skills, able to think on feet and respond to difficult questions.
* Excellent time management skills - able to deal with a number of priorities at once and keep total workload in hand .
* A self starter who inspires others with their passion and energy.

* Experience of contributing to business and organisational plans and strategy development.
