We’re looking for someone who’ll turn strategy into action and help us deliver meaningful change across Lloyd’s. If you’re confident working in a complex environment, enjoy bringing structure to big ideas and know how to keep a fast‑moving programme on track, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead the delivery of our revised strategy and make sure every part of the programme is set up to succeed. You’ll:
1. Plan and manage the full programme of work, keeping everything moving and focused on what matters most.
2. Build and run our strategy delivery office, creating clear governance and setting expectations for when and how projects are reviewed or reset.
3. Make sure every business case is robust, with SMART objectives, meaningful KPIs and clear stage gates for funding.
4. Lead our annual strategy review, checking progress against objectives and adjusting course where needed.
5. Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the strategy budget so we invest wisely and with impact.
6. Work with external consultants, ensuring they’re onboarded properly and deliver outputs that meet Lloyd’s standards.
