Salary: Paying up to £85,000 plus benefits
Apointe are partnering exclusively with a fast-evolving organisation undergoing a company-wide transformation, with a major focus on data, systems and decision-making across the business. As part of this journey, they are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in driving high-impact transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role sitting within a growing Transformation Office. You’ll be deployed across priority programmes that are improving how data is captured, structured and shared to enable better insight, stronger governance and faster decision-making across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, with a strong emphasis on data, reporting and systems improvement.
* Developing and maintaining clear project plans, milestones and delivery roadmaps.
* Working with sponsors and workstream leads to define scope, objectives and success criteria.
* Tracking progress, managing risks, dependencies and issues, and escalating where required.
* Producing high-quality governance packs, dashboards and status reports for senior forums.
* Acting as a connector between the Transformation Office, functional teams and leadership to keep delivery aligned.
* Facilitating workshops, project meetings and reviews to drive momentum and accountability.
* Contributing to the ongoing evolution of the transformation framework, tools and ways of working.
What our client is looking for:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within transformation, change or operational programmes.
* Strong exposure to data, systems, process improvement or reporting-led initiatives.
* Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Highly organised with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and being close to delivery, not just reporting on it.
* Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar.
