Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the Corby area. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience.
The Role:
1. Supervise classes during short-term teacher absence
2. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
3. Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment
4. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
5. Support students to remain engaged and on task
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Experience working with young people (education, coaching, tutoring, youth work,
7. Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
8. Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
9. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
10. Right to work in the UK
