Adult and Community Learning Skills Coach to start 9th or 16th February, Interviews asap Community based delivery across South Yorkshire to £32k Permanent Full Time, 25 days hol plus bank holidays, christmas and birthday off, Healthcare, vouchers, team events, progression opportunities The Adult & Community Learning Skills Coach will deliver high qualityteaching, assessment, and learner support across arange of short, community-based adult learning programmes funded through the South Yorkshire Mayoral CombinedAuthority (SYMCA) Adult Skills Fund (ASF). Delivery will take place across community venues andprogrammes will range from short courses (minimum 15 days)to longer programmes (up to 20 weeks).The role supports adults aged 19, many of whom may facecomplex barriers to learning, including mental health challenges,autism, low confidence, unemployment, or previous negativeexperiences of education.
