Title: Motion Designer
Location: Hybrid if based in Swansea
Type: Contract
This role will work closely with the design team, bringing static imagery and product concepts to life through engaging motion design. The Motion Designer will create animations, product walkthroughs, and brand-aligned video assets that simplify complex workflows like multi-channel shipping, inventory management, and reporting, helping sellers quickly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of UI and product animations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate feedback into high-quality creative quickly.
• Team: Works within design department, primarily with senior designer
• Purpose: Create animated content to explain complex product features to sellers
• Reason: Current motion designer leaving, need replacement to maintain animation output
• Motivators: Essential role in making complex product features understandable through visual storytelling
