Junior Print Technologist Location: Market Drayton (On-site) Contract: Full-time role, 12 month FTC We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Print Technologist to support the delivery of high-quality printed packaging across Mller's product portfolio. This entry-level role offers structured development within the Print & Artwork function, with exposure to print processes, artwork standards, colour management and packaging production. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues to build technical competence while supporting day-to-day project needs and ensuring consistency and accuracy across artwork and printed materials. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Artwork & Print Support Assist in reviewing artwork files against guidelines. Develop understanding of artwork-to-print processes. Support checks to ensure artwork is suitable for print. Project Coordination Provide administrative and technical support. Follow defined processes to meet deadlines. Share progress updates and flag risks or delays. Technical Development Build knowledge of common print methods. Gather technical information for assessments. Colour Management Support colour accuracy using Mller guidelines. Use spectral colour data for supplier communication. Operational Awareness Learn Mller's production processes. Gain familiarity with Print & Artwork tools and systems. What We're Looking For Essential Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Good communication and time management. Ability to follow processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desirable Experience with Adobe Illustrator (not essential).
