Job Title: Senior Building Physics Consultant
Location: Oxford
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Responsibilities
* Conducting detailed building physics assessments and developing decarbonisation strategies.
* Utilizing software tools such as OneClick LCA and IES for energy modeling and simulations.
* Performing heat load calculations and ensuring compliance with Part L, TM52, TM59, TM54, and Part O standards.
* Leading energy modeling projects using SAP to support sustainable building designs.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate building physics solutions into design processes.
* Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.
Qualifications
* 3+ Years proven experience in building physics assessments and low-carbon strategies.
* Proficiency in OneClick LCA, IES modeling, and SAP.
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and standards (Part L, TM52, TM59, TM54, Part O).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
