We’re now looking for an experienced Lease Delivery Manager to join our team on a Full Time Permanent basis. This role offers full-time hours (36.25 hours per week) About the role As a Lease Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of new build and refurbishment supported living leased-in development projects to deliver new homes for people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people, in line with the development strategy and long-term financial plan. This will include liaison with key stakeholders and commissioning and management of professional services. Supporting the Head of Development (RWP), you will assess the financial performance of new business opportunities presented by investors, funders and developers ensuring alignment with commissioning requirements and client needs, in accordance with the current Development Strategy and design brief. You will be responsible for appointing and managing professional consultancy services, ensuring delivery on programme and within agreed budgets tying into the overall delivery targets and expenditure for the RWP business stream. You will effectively manage internal and external consultation and design meetings to ensure schemes meet the individual needs of the client and the required standards of the Group to ensure homes are fit for purpose and fully compliant. Active liaison with key internal and external stakeholders is required to obtain final sign off of the design proposal. You will liaise with and maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, partners and stakeholders throughout the lease development process, to ensure high levels of customer service, information sharing and collaboration. Within this role you will review and make recommendations on legal documentation relating to the lease development schemes under your project management in conjunction with legal representatives and be able to demonstrate a broad and deep knowledge of your specialty or professional area and an understanding of its importance to the wider business, customers and other organisations. This is an agile role, with a requirement for regular travel and occasional overnight stays. You will work flexibly across locations, including from home and Progress offices. What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience of general development experience project managing a range of leased schemes Experience of negotiating, agreeing and entering lease arrangements Experience of developing Specialised Supported Housing Excellent levels of financial awareness including the ability to prepare, monitor and analyse financial information for costing, cashflow, budgeting and appraisal purposes Ability to work effectively both independently and collectively A full UK Driver License with use of your own vehicle Why Progress?
