WMC RECRUITMENT is currently seeking an early years educator ( level 2 or level 3 ) to join an amazing nursery in Edenbridge, Kent .
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess strong communication skills. The candidate must be level 2 or level 3 qualified Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow .
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues .
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as necessary .
Manage the daily routines of the nursery setting effectively
Skills Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Ability to manage and supervise groups of young children
Proficiency in English language
Valid driver's license for potential off-site activities
Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles
Demonstrated leadership qualities in guiding and supporting children
