We're seeking a Price & Promotion Consulting Manager to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. About the Role: As our Price & Promotion expert, you will own and nurture relationships with key client counterparts within the retailer, driving impactful customer-first strategies. You'll develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive Price & Promotion workplans that maximise value, satisfaction, and ROI for our retail clients. Leading a talented team of Price & Promotion Client Leads, you'll support client and sales teams in winning new projects while ensuring outstanding client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail client counterparts and expand dunnhumby's influence along the retailer value chain. Act as a trusted adviser, inspiring client teams to prioritise the customer in every decision. Develop and manage Price & Promotion account plans that deliver measurable ROI and implement change management within client organisations. Understand retail clients' strategies and plans to ensure alignment and effective two-way communication. Identify and capitalise on value opportunities to shape and oversee the Price & Promotion workplan. Collaborate closely with Client, Sales, Retail, and Shopper Insights teams to deliver a cohesive, client-focused approach. Lead, coach, and develop the Price & Promotion client team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals. Design client training plans and leverage global case studies to bring strategies to life. Support product development by sharing client insights and embedding solutions into retailer processes. Track and report on ROI and client impact to continuously improve our value delivery. Play a key role in contract renewals, maximising client retention. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to position dunnhumby as a market leader. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's in Business or Marketing is desirable). Proven experience in retail, specifically within price & promotions. Demonstrated leadership experience with managing and growing teams. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving value through products and services.
