Role Purpose
* Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as per the annual performance cycle.
* Interact and promote products to key customers and stakeholders in the angio suite and across hospital procurement.
* Build trust and manage customer relationships.
* Manage your territory through comprehensive business plans, focusing on highest value opportunities.
* Gain share and adoption of new technologies while managing key customers.
* Manage and develop accounts, own the relationship, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to maximize impact.
* Share key insights from the external marketplace internally to shape future business plans.
* Ensure competence in Neurovascular area and Haemorrhagic and Ischaemic product portfolios.
* Act as an ambassador for Johnson & Johnson MedTech aligned to our Credo.
Key Areas Of Responsibility
Account Planning
* Analyze and interpret account strategies and plans utilizing key systems and data.
* Develop, deploy and maintain tactical account business plans aligned to business and customer objectives.
* Prepare appropriate plans to meet with customers to deliver on account plans and milestones.
Professional Education and Marketing
* Lead customer training activities.
* Partner with Professional Education to develop and maintain associated KOL relationships and champion effective use of the Company’s comprehensive Professional Education offering.
Clinical Expertise
* Understand technical information pertinent to the procedure and product platform.
* Maintain up-to-date market and industry knowledge.

Education & Experience Required
* Understanding of the external secondary care environment.
* Proven successful track record in selling within the Medical Devices sector.
* Experience within Neurosurgery, Neurovascular, Interventional Neuroradiology specialty is desirable.
* ABPI (where appropriate).
