You’ll be the engine behind smooth school operations- helping manage systems, streamline processes, interpret data, and enable cross-team collaboration. Your role will directly impact the delivery of high-quality, holistic education for our learners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and improve workflows and operational systems across the school Support SLT with internal processes for communication, documentation, and strategic review Collect, manage, and analyse data from SchoolPod (attendance, safeguarding, progress, staffing, etc.) Present data clearly to aid school strategy and decision-making Identify opportunities to enhance digital and data tools Resolve day-to-day operational issues and improve workflow efficiency Coordinate SLT meetings and track related actions Facilitate cross-site and cross-department communication and projects Represent school needs in wider company forums and projects Line manage the School Administrator role Ready to support something truly unique?
