Team of Personal Assistants Wanted

This role is to support a woman.
Drivers licence required: Yes. Own vehicle needed: Yes. Employment status: Employed. Hours: 13 hours per week, with additional cover available. Pay: £17.50 per hour.
We are a friendly and sociable married couple looking for a team of PAs to support us with living independently in our own home.
Tasks will involve personal care, preparing meals and general domestic tasks such as helping with shopping and changing bedding.
Accessing the local community may be required, with assistance needed to push a manual wheelchair. Community visits may include accompanying to medical appointments.
Duties include:
* Personal grooming
* Eating and drinking assistance
* Other relevant duties as required
* Housekeeping
* Shopping
* Cooking
* Companionship
* Dressing / undressing
Candidate qualities:
* Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
* Reliable with good timekeeping
* Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
* Hygienic, tidy and well organised
* Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
* Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
* Honest and cheerful
* Creative
* Able to always work to high standards of health & safety

If you are successful, you will be either engaged directly or employed by the individual employer and not by Independent Lives. The role may be offered on an employed or self-employed basis, depending on the suitability and agreement with the employer. If employed, you will be entitled to holiday pay and issued an employment contract.
