2. Program Duration: 20 months, with four rotations of 5 months each
3. Post-Program: Opportunity to specialise in a chosen field in a permanent role
Program Overview
Graduates will gain broad and deep experience across various departments, contributing meaningfully to the company's energy and sustainability initiatives.
Rotations and Responsibilities
Engineering/Operations-Focused Rotations
* Manage asset data and ensure accuracy in internal systems and asset registers
* Coordinate with teams to update asset records and support technical reviews for compliance
* Support network management and asset adoption processes, including liaising with third parties
* Assist in safety, compliance, and accreditation activities, including ISO55001 frameworks
* Prepare asset data for mapping platforms and support design team in technical reviews
Commercial/Business-Focused Rotations
* Contribute to financial and asset reporting, supporting regulatory compliance
* Maintain document control and support system improvements
* Engage in strategic projects to improve service delivery and business processes
* Research and develop business cases, presenting findings to stakeholders
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or relevant fields
* Must have full rights to work in the UK; sponsorship not provided
