To effectively ensure the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks. This includes supervising specialist subcontractors and ensuring all CBRE and subcontractor paperwork is up to date, as well as following all Health and Safety procedures according to CBRE QHSE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver services in accordance with CBRE procedures and policies.
* Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the site's M&E plant, equipment, and services.
* Maintain compliance with and record-keeping for CBRE ISO standards and all Quality Management Systems.
* Assist with and participate in the site call-out system.
* Represent CBRE in on-site meetings, report client actions promptly.
* Assist in reactive repairs and PPMs for M&E systems (BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators, LV Electrical Distribution, Switch Gear, etc.).
* Carry out reactive maintenance/repairs as instructed, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements.
* Prioritize and delegate reactive and PPM tasks for optimal service delivery.
* Ensure PPM tasks are completed as scheduled.
* Supervise specialist service contractors, including inductions and minor works approval.
* Maintain QHSE documentation using client CAFM systems (Hazard Reports, training records, SAP, Prime, etc.).
* Identify and implement innovations to enhance contract performance and meet client expectations.
* Follow company health and safety policies.
* Respond to callouts and emergencies within working hours as required.
Person Specification:
* Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes.
* Knowledge of lone working requirements.
* Ability to carry out maintenance on-site with understanding of low-level plant operations.
* Full driving license is essential.
