Job Description:
Jennifer Ashe & Son Funeral Directors Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team. This position is based at our head office in Willenhall, however there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to work with all branches to guarantee efficient delivery of their job responsibilities and deliver the company business plan. Successful candidates will have a background in marketing and community led events, with a focus on creating and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders and will report directly to the Managing Director.
Community:
* Organising community-based events, such as Macmillan Coffee Mornings
* Supporting Personal Funeral Advisors, on a rota basis at their bereavement groups when required.
* Developing and fostering relationships with local organisations and communities
* Facilitating marketing events and competitions to engage the local community
* Organising Christmas and Easter Memorial Services
Marketing:
* Supporting the operations manager in collaborating with our public relations company.
* Overseeing marketing materials, such as hospital bereavement guides, church magazines, newspaper advertisements, and Facebook advertising
* Managing and delivering social media activities
* Copywriting for external communications
* Promotion of Prepaid Funeral Plan offering
* Seeking out marketing opportunities and community based activities to promote brand awareness
Retail:
* Supervising branch marketing literature and ensuring uniformity across branches
* Maintaining up-to-date Memorial Pages
* Coordinating seasonal window displays
* Generating and analysing reports
* Following up with clients post-funeral to ensure service satisfaction
* Managing client reviews through relevant channels
Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing and client relations management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Facebook Advertising
* Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
* Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
* Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Canva and social media management
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
