The Role
You’ll be joining a high-performing tax team as an Assistant Manager or an experienced Senior ready for the next step. The role offers a diverse portfolio, with a balance of compliance and advisory work across HNWIs, entrepreneurs, international clients, and complex personal tax matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own portfolio of clients, taking ownership of relationships and delivery
* Prepare and review complex annual tax returns, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
* Provide tax advisory support on a range of issues including CGT, IHT, income tax, and residence/domicile matters
* Contribute to consultancy and planning projects, including technical research
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments and act as a point of contact for internal tax queries
* Supervise and support the development of junior team members
* Liaise with clients, HMRC, and third parties confidently and professionally
About You
* Qualified (ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA), or qualified by experience
* Solid experience in personal tax within a professional services environment
* A confident communicator, with a client-centric mindset
* Motivated, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility
* Strong technical skills and attention to detail
* Keen to be part of a progressive, collaborative team
