Type of work:
* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Deeds of variation
* Probate matters (to include tax and trusts and complex estate accounts)
* Dealing with elderly clients and mental health matters
* Court of Protection and Public Guardian matters
* Dealing with discretionary and nil rate band trusts
* Undertaking home, hospital and residential care home visits
