Job Description
The Temporary Accounts Assistant duties include: Transactional finance tasks, such as:
3. Purchase Ledger processing onto Sage 200
4. Cashbook posting
5. Excel‑based reconciliations (including inter-company)
6. Supporting with Sales Ledger invoice raising
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Accounts Assistant should have:
7. Accounts background
8. Ideally Sage 200, but desirable not essential
9. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
10. Good communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
11. A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
What's on Offer
12. An hourly equivalent to £28-30k, weekly pay.
13. Flexibility between 8:30am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)
14. Hybrid working available: 3/2 or 4/1 office/home depending on preference
15. The wider team works from home on Fridays, so a 4‑day office‑based week can also be considered if needed
