This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or pastoral lead to step into a pivotal role, supporting students’ academic progress, personal development, and wellbeing. The role will initially be offered on a temporary basis through Teaching Personnel, with the strong potential to move into a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support for a year group.
* Monitor student progress, behaviour, and attendance, implementing strategies for improvement.
* Work closely with teaching staff, senior leaders, and parents to ensure every child thrives.
* Foster a positive, inclusive school culture where students feel valued and motivated.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
