Residential Children’s Worker – Woburn, Bedfordshire

About the Role:

Deliver consistent care, emotional support, and encouragement to young residents

What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people in residential care,

A caring, empathetic, and proactive approach to care
Flexibility to work across various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred, but not essential)
