Commercial Lead Responsibilities
* Lead a team of software sales consultants in support of the team\'s purpose: identify, qualify and close new enterprise clients.
* Apply research methods and sales strategies to penetrate the market, selling our service catalogue on an end-to-end and modular basis.
* Provide leadership to the team, onboarding support, coaching and mentoring, and supporting larger and more complex opportunities.
* Conduct deal reviews, support pitches/meetings/calls, and manage commercials.
* Identify opportunities to grow Amdaris\' footprint and services in the UK and Europe.
* Use MEDDPICC and our sales playbook to ensure qualification and build trust with clients.
* Maintain frequent customer-facing activity, listening, building rapport and credibility as a strategic partner.
Key Competencies
* Proven track record of selling outsourced or complex software solutions to enterprise-level accounts
* Experience in leading new business sales teams, including coaching and mentoring
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate and influence within a complex environment
* Track record of supporting lengthy, complex pipeline deals in fast-paced settings
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
* Ability to network internally (Insight is the parent company)
* Skilled at negotiating and solving problems to achieve win-win outcomes at executive levels
* Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner
* Coaching teams in structuring sales cycles using MEDDPICC or similar methodology

* Stage 1: Culture Add Interview with Chelsea (Talent Partner)
* Stage 2: Interview with Commercial Director and Commercial Lead
* Stage 3: Interview with Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Growth Officer, plus a 30/60/90 day plan presentation
