Job Description
Duties of the Executive Assistant:
3. Provide top-tier administrative support to senior executives
4. Coordinate meetings, calendars and schedules
5. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
6. Handle confidential documents and information discreetly
7. Facilitate communication between executives and internal departments
8. Conduct research and prepare briefs for executives
9. Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
10. Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
11. Relevant secretarial and business support education or qualification
12. Experience in a similar role
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
14. Excellent organisational and time management skills
15. Strong verbal and written communication skills
16. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
