What You'll Be Doing
Lead the Charge: Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects across Retail and Hospitality, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Strategic Planning: Develop robust project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, costs, quality, and risk.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships through clear, confident communication with clients and internal teams.
Team Leadership: Oversee the PMO and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular operational and financial updates to stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Handle escalations with professionalism, always maintaining a positive brand image.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and drive innovation.
Compliance & Safety: Champion Health & Safety and ensure all projects meet compliance and quality standards.
Sales Support: Partner with the bid and sales teams to shape winning proposals and promote our brand.
What You'll Bring
A structured, methodical approach to project delivery.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience managing technology projects in Retail and Hospitality.
Certifications in Prince2, Agile, Waterfall or similar methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Solid technical understanding of Networking, WiFi, cabling infrastructure, and IT solutions.
Proficiency in O365 and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, (url removed)).
