Interim Global HR AnalystImmediate startLondon hybrid – 3 days per week office6 month duration£266 PAYE / £316 umbrella per dayA global financial services business.Joining an HR function which is currently globalising all people related processes, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of projects to align processes, including managing reporting and data analysis, liaising directly with colleagues globally.
You will be responsible for maintaining guides, tools, and intranet resources. Partner with HRBPs and supportpliance testing. Track metrics, process vendor invoices, and improve recruitment operations. You will lead Project Coordination including supporting HR initiatives, managing timelines, and delivering stakeholder updates and organising meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring smooth teammunication. You will also manage Reporting & Systems including using Workday, Anaplan, and Excel for reporting and analysis.CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have worked in a global HR Data Analyst role for financial services or othermercially regulated environment.
You will have experience of owning and managing projects across a global scale and be able to demonstrate where you have maintained project plans ensuring key milestones are hit as well as advanced excel including Pivot tables and V look ups for reporting.
The use of Workday would be highly advantageous as would experience of supporting process harmonisation.
It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and canmit to a 6 month duration, working 3 days per week from the London office.
