The Role: Executive Search Consultant We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to deliver high-quality, bespoke search services to senior leaders and organisations. This role combines client relationship management, business development, and senior candidate engagement. You will focus on building long-term partnerships while proactively developing new business opportunities across Ireland. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and secure retained and contingent executive search assignments. Manage complex executive-level recruitment projects from briefing to placement. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers. Achieve sales and gross profit targets in line with KPIs. Contribute to tenders, proposals, and client presentations. Represent Staffline at industry events and networking opportunities. Client Management Provide consultative advice on executive hiring strategies. Deliver market insights on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends. Conduct regular client visits and service reviews. Maintain accurate records on the CRM system (Stellar). Candidate Management Source, assess, and engage senior-level candidates across multiple sectors. Provide detailed interview preparation and career advice. Manage the offer process, including negotiations and counteroffers. Build and manage a strong pipeline of executive talent. Provide constructive feedback and ongoing candidate support. Quality & Compliance Ensure all recruitment activity complies with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions. Provide regular reports and market insights to the Head of Executive Search. What We're Looking For Essential Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a performance-driven environment. Proven track record in winning new business and growing existing accounts. Strong knowledge of executive recruitment practices and performance metrics. Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search and pipeline management. Active in professional networks with a strong personal brand presence. Degree-level education.
