We are looking to recruit a Supervisor / Team Leader to join ourMaida ValeTeam.
About the Role
As the Customer Team Leader, you will ensure the Hub contact centre operations delivers the required performance, delivering a great customer contact experience through a variety of customer contact channels which might be; Phone, Email, Video, Social, Correspondence.
Working to deliver the best quality service, youll be responsible for leading a team supporting the day-to-day activity. Youll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, whilst ensuring ensure exceptional customer relationships are maintained.
About You
Excellent supervisory skills
Previous experience of leading and managing a small team of planners
Experience of working in a social housing repairs environment
Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
