Team Member - Over 18 years of age
We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our 9-screen cinema located in the heart of Bexleyheath. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and want to build a career in cinema, we want to hear from you. Candidates must be available to work during the week and weekends, and be over 18.
As a Team Member, your main responsibility will be to ensure each customer has an exceptional cinema experience. You will be the face of Cineworld, greeting customers and delivering high standards of service across various roles, including selling tickets, serving freshly prepared popcorn, and assisting guests to their seats. Your goal is to create a fun, safe, and clean environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Cash Handling
2. Food Handling (including stock replenishment)
3. Cleaning
4. Heavy Lifting
5. Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
6. Increasing Sales
7. Maintaining Standards
8. Following Policies and Procedures
9. Dealing face-to-face with large groups of people
