Ada Meher is currently partnered with a leading SaaS company in the BIM space, helping tier-one construction companies globally use technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of large-scale projects. They are looking for an Information/Document Controller, with prior experience in the construction space, to join their team working directly with Site Managers and Suppliers on data collection.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a role where they are confident communicating with customers & suppliers, answering queries, and ensuring data is collected correctly and within pre-agreed timescales.
The company has always operated with remote flexibility, managing staff with autonomy and accountability against defined objectives. While mainly remote, there will be a requirement to commute to either the London or Chelmsford offices once a week.
* Prior experience in Document / Information Control in the Construction Industry
* Experience working with external stakeholders such as sub-contractors or suppliers
* Experience working on Document/Data QA
* Experience within the O&M Handover space is a plus
* Excellent communication skills are essential
