Grassland Agro sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional commodity fertilizers, as well as a comprehensive range of specialty fertilizers and soil conditioning products. The company also offers animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and dairy hygiene products. As part of Groupe Roullier, our R&D is conducted at our Global Innovation Center in St. Malo. We focus on delivering superior technical advice on-farm, supported by high-quality products. We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term customer relationships, connecting with industry stakeholders, and implementing strategic sales plans. Responsibilities include market analysis, distribution optimization, relationship management, sales team support, and policy enforcement. Candidates should have a degree in Agriculture or Business, proven sales experience, technical knowledge of the agri-sector, leadership skills, and a full clean driver’s license.
