About the Home:
The property is a semi-detached house with three ensuite bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, and a lounge overlooking the garden. It includes an office for staff administration and sleep-in shifts. Located near the town centre, it offers shops, amenities, and easy access to public transport. Free parking is available a 5-minute walk away.
Support is provided 24 hours a day. Day shifts start at 07:00, with handovers at 14:00. Night support involves a sleep-in shift from 22:00 to 07:00, managed by one staff member per night.
We support three gentlemen aged 50-60 with mild to moderate learning disabilities and autism. They do not have mobility needs. One has inflammatory bowel disease requiring monitoring; another has heightened anxiety needing support and empathy. All are verbally communicative and understand verbal cues but benefit from shorter sentences and clear communication.
