Care Supervisor – No Travel, Just Meaningful Impact!
Jenner Court, St Georges Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Part‑time – 33.5 hours per week.
Typical shift pattern: 4:15 pm to 9:00 am, twice a week, with alternate weekends. Supervisors sleep from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am providing emergency support to residents.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, support, and motivate the Care & Support team.
* Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards.
* Assist with wellbeing‑focused activities and day‑to‑day care needs.
* Foster a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that promotes independence.
Pay & Shift Details
* £15.24 per hour (day shifts)
* £12.24 per hour (sleep‑in nights) + £6.81 supplemental per sleep shift.
* £1 per hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday).

About You
* Experience in care or support work (1+ year preferred).
* Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (or at least Level 2, with willingness to upskill).
* Leadership experience – previous support or supervision of a team.
* Organised, compassionate, and community‑minded.
