Competitive basic salary of £36,000 with OTE of up to £39,000 based on team performance and efficiency
Full-time position, working 40 hours per week

Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, and cambelt replacements
Carry out diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve vehicle faults
Create accurate digital job reports and process work orders efficiently as a Vehicle Technician
Complete electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in accordance with manufacturer standards
Follow safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines in all tasks
Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfactionRequirements:
Recognised Level 3 qualification such as IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with knowledge of warranty work and routine servicing
Strong diagnostic skills and a comprehensive understanding of modern vehicle systems
MOT licence is desirable; full training will be provided if not currently qualified
Ability to work effectively independently and within a team setting
Clear commitment to safety, quality, and continuous professional development
