As an AWS Connect Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and evolving a cutting‑edge cloud contact centre, leveraging the latest capabilities across the AWS ecosystem. This is a hands‑on position where you’ll build intelligent, scalable solutions that enhance customer interactions through AI, automation, and real‑time analytics. You’ll be working on complex, high‑impact systems that directly influence customer experience at scale.

What you need
* Proven hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services (certifications preferred)
* Knowledge of integrating AWS with external systems using AWS Lambda, APIs, and event‑driven architectures
* Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, fintech, or similar)
* Understanding of compliance requirements such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and FCA regulations
* Proficiency in Python or Node.js for serverless development
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
* Solid understanding of contact centre operations, reporting, and workflows
