Overview
We are looking for a national Clinical Lead to support the Centre for Sustainable Delivery’s Symptomatic Breast Sub-Speciality Delivery Group. This role will provide professional expertise on the development, design and delivery of the work of the CfSD in relation to the Symptomatic Breast Sub-Speciality Delivery Group.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional and strategic leadership to test innovative ways of working and facilitate pathway redesign opportunities that can be shared and implemented at scale across Scotland.
* Support redesign underpinned by high quality, credible and internationally respected clinical advice, informing practice in line with high professional standards and Realistic Medicine.
* Act authoritatively as a change agent with experience of working with executive and senior managers across NHS Scotland.
Qualifications and Experience
* Demonstrated professional expertise in the relevant clinical field and capability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience of working with executive and senior managers across NHS Scotland.
