Kind Consultancy is working with a fast-growing challenger bank which is currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join them in a permanent, full-time remote role covering the South of England, paying £65,000 to £75,000 dependent on experience, as well as a benefits package and car allowance.
The Senior BDM will:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Create and develop intermediary relationships
* Devise strategic plans
* Manage sales processes
* Drive revenue growth
* Expand the bank's market presence
For the Senior Business Development Manager opportunity, we're looking for candidates who:
* Have experience in Mortgage Lending and a background in Financial Services (essential)
* Have substantial experience in Business Development, Sales and Intermediary Relationship Management
* Have a proven track record of developing strategic business plans and executing them successfully
* Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
* Can assess market trends and pinpoint new business opportunities
* Have a problem-solving approach to their work and confidence in making decisions
* Are self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote position
* Must have significant experience of work within banking or the specialist lending arena (essential)
